ABOUT ANNMARIE CORDING, ESQ.
Annmarie Cording was born in New Jersey and grew up in Pennsylvania. She attended Immaculata University in Malvern, PA, where she obtained her undergraduate degree in biopsychology. Despite her love of science, Annmarie knew she was destined for law school. After graduating from Immaculata in 2007, Annmarie moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado Law School.
While attending CU Law School, Annmarie became interested in small business law and entrepreneurship. As a law student, she participated in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where she assisted Tech Stars program participants. Upon graduating from CU Law School in 2010, Annmarie joined Boulder law firm G. Redmond Michaels, P.C. (“GRMPC”), where her practice focused on small business transactions, real estate transactions, and estate planning and probate.
Annmarie most enjoys working one-on-one with small businesses and individuals in achieving their goals, whether those goals are related to business, real estate, or estate planning.
